Adron Homes Launches Easter Land Promo With 30% Discount and 36-Month Payment Plan
Adron Homes and Properties Limited has announced an Easter promotion offering a 30 per cent discount and installment options of up to 36 months for land buyers across several Nigerian locations.
The company said the Easter Fiesta Promo is aimed at helping more Nigerians enter the property market at a lower upfront cost. According to management, the offer targets families, salaried workers, entrepreneurs and investors who want to build long-term value through land ownership.
Adron listed estates covered by the campaign in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan-Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa and Niger State.
The company said the timing is tied to Easter’s themes of renewal and new beginnings. It added that the package was structured to reduce barriers that often keep first-time and middle-income buyers out of formal real estate opportunities.
“Easter represents hope and a fresh start. At Adron Homes, we believe one of the most meaningful ways to embrace new beginnings is through property ownership. This promo is structured to remove financial barriers and encourage more Nigerians to invest in land, which remains one of the safest and most reliable assets,” the company said.
Beyond the discount, Adron said buyers under its Platinum and Compact plot categories would receive milestone-based gift packages as they progress with payments. The rewards, according to the company, may include food items, livestock and household appliances.
Analysts in Nigeria’s property market have repeatedly pointed to land banking in growing suburban corridors as a way households try to preserve value in inflationary periods. With high construction costs and rising rent in many urban centres, undeveloped land in expansion zones has become a common entry point for people who cannot immediately build.
Adron said its installment framework was designed to match that reality by spreading payments over three years. The company also said it would continue to market verified titles and structured estate planning as part of buyer confidence measures.
The Easter campaign is available for a limited period, and the company asked interested buyers to complete subscriptions through accredited marketers and Adron offices nationwide.
For many prospective buyers, the message behind the promo is simple: rather than spend only on seasonal celebration, channel part of Easter spending into an asset that can appreciate over time and support future family plans.
The offer adds to growing competition among private developers trying to widen access in Nigeria’s housing market, where affordability and financing constraints remain major concerns for millions of households.
