Ancora Comfortable With Its Offer for H.B. Fuller Unit

Ancora Holdings Group is pushing to acquire H.B. Fuller Co.'s building adhesives unit for as much as $1.2 billion. James Chadwick is the president of Ancora's alternatives arm.
