Itausa, GIC and Equipav Said to Create Group to Bid for Copasa

Itausa SA, the Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC and Equipav Saneamento SA are planning to jointly bid to become strategic investors in the privatization process for Copasa, the sanitation company owned by the government of Minas Gerais, according to people familiar with the matter.
