Nuvei Agrees to Buy Payoneer in $2.75 Billion Payments Deal

Nuvei Corp. has agreed to buy Payoneer Global Inc. for roughly $2.75 billion, forging a deal that would combine two North American payments companies that process more than half a trillion dollars in annual volume.
