Seplat Energy has reported a sharp jump in annual revenue to N4.1 trillion, representing a 150 per cent increase, while profit rose only slightly. The dual-listed energy company, quoted on both the Nigerian Exchange in Lagos and the London market, said it is maintaining shareholder returns despite mixed earnings momentum.\n\nAs part of that payout plan, Seplat declared a fourth-quarter dividend of US5 cents per share and added a special dividend of US3.3 cents. The update points to stronger top-line performance, even as bottom-line growth remained modest in the period under review.
