However, although it can’t physically follow you as you move around the room, it still uses AI-powered auto framing to digitally zoom and adjust, helping keep you — and anyone else you’re with — centered in the frame. Its half-inch sensor and 26-millimeter equivalent f1.8 lens also support up to 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps, which is a noticeable step up from the 720p or 1080p resolution found on most built-in laptop webcams. Like other models, the 2C comes with a magnetic mount that’s dead simple to attach to your monitor or laptop, and because it’s aimed at presentations, it supports a slew of useful gesture controls that let you zoom or activate features remotely without touching your computer.
